What's Changing at The Chapel on October 1

New packages, updated pricing, and a new way to plan your wedding day.

We're making some changes at The Chapel at Dragonfly Farms starting October 1, and I want to walk through what's different, what's staying the same, and why we made the decisions we made.

Updated Packages

We now offer five packages, each designed for a different kind of celebration.

The Intimate Elopement is a two-hour ceremony. It's our entry point for couples who want a real venue, real photos, and the full property without the scale of a larger event.

The Exclusive Elopement gives you four hours and includes a bouquet, boutonniere, table linens, cake, and a sparkling toast. It's an elopement that feels like a full wedding for your closest people.

The Do-It-Yourself is twelve hours of full property access. You bring your own vendors, you build your day your way, and we handle the space, the tables, the chairs, and the setup. This package has always been about creative freedom, and that hasn't changed.

The Elegant Inclusive is our fully coordinated package. Catering, cake, florals, centerpieces, coordinators, ceremony rehearsal, photo session access, beverage service, setup, cleanup, and a sparkler send-off. Eight hours. This is the package where you hand us the decisions and focus on enjoying the planning process.

The Dragonfly is new, and it's the most complete wedding experience we've ever offered. I'll get into the details below.

We also still offer The Me, The You, and The I Do for couples who want a simple, private ceremony. One hour, couples only, officiant included.

Introducing The Dragonfly

This package came out of a pattern I kept seeing. Couples would book The Elegant Inclusive and then add photography, DJ services, an officiant, upgraded dinnerware, and a fireworks show from our A La Carte menu. By the time they were done, they'd essentially built a premium package piece by piece, and the total was higher than if we'd just bundled it all together from the start.

The Dragonfly is that bundle.

It includes everything in The Elegant Inclusive, plus 8-hour wedding day photography with a complimentary engagement session and bridal session at the venue, 4 hours of professional DJ and MC services, a choreographed fireworks show with the music of your choice, officiant services, real china place settings, cloth napkins, fresh floral centerpieces in takeaway vases for every table, and early bridal cottage access. Ten hours total.

It's turnkey luxury. You show up, you get married, your guests have an incredible evening, and you leave without having coordinated a single vendor yourself. Everything is handled.

This package isn't for everyone, and it's not supposed to be. It's for couples who want the absolute best experience we can deliver and don't want to think about the logistics. If that's you, we'd love to talk about it.

A More Manageable Payment Schedule

For contracts signed on or after October 1, we're moving to a new payment schedule. Instead of 50% at six months and the balance at two months, your remaining balance after the deposit is split into three equal payments at 9 months, 6 months, and 3 months before your event.

The total amount doesn't change. It's just spread across three payments instead of two, which gives couples more time and smaller individual payments. Wedding planning has enough stress already. The payment schedule shouldn't add to it.

If you're already booked with us, your existing payment schedule stays exactly the same. This only applies to new contracts going forward.

What Hasn't Changed

Every rental still includes full access to all five acres, The Chapel, The Pavilion, The Ceremony Grove, The Gazebo, The Bridal Cottage, The Groom's Loft, vintage chairs, banquet tables, indoor bluetooth speaker, day-of concierge and setup guidance, a Design Studio appointment, and your Wedding Registry Website. That's the baseline and it hasn't moved.

The A La Carte menu is still available for every package. If you want to customize your day beyond what your package includes, you can. The Design Studio is still open for complimentary appointments. The registry is still included. The five acres are still yours.

We're the same venue, the same team, and the same experience. We've just refined how we package it and made the pricing more transparent.

Questions?

If you have questions about the new packages, pricing, or anything else, reach out. We're a phone call, email, text, or Facebook message away.

And if you've been thinking about booking a tour, now is a great time. Come walk the property, see the spaces, and let us show you what your wedding day could look like here.

The Chapel at Dragonfly Farms is a historic 1882 wedding venue in Dover, Arkansas, just north of Russellville in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. Four ceremony spaces, five acres, and a team that genuinely cares about getting this right for every couple who walks through the door.
